Are you passionate about building impactful Power Platform solutions? Join our innovative team as a Power Platform Developer / Technical Consultant and help shape the future of digital transformation and customer engagement.

In this role, you'll drive the design, customization, and deployment of modern business applications leveraging the full Microsoft Power Platform—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI—along with Microsoft Dataverse and Azure services. Working closely with clients, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions that streamline processes and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Power Platform Solutions -
     Build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and integrations with Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Configure and Extend the Power Platform -
    Customize data models, create business rules, develop custom connectors, and leverage Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) for advanced extensibility.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders -
    Work closely with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Implement End-to-End Solutions -
    Lead the full solution lifecycle—from initial design and proof of concept through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Optimize and Automate Business Processes -
    Identify improvement opportunities and develop automation workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Ensure Platform Governance and Best Practices -
    Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), environment strategy, security roles, and data governance standards across Power Platform implementations.
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure Ecosystem -
    Build seamless integrations with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft services to deliver holistic, scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and Support Solutions -
    Diagnose and resolve issues, enhance existing solutions, and provide guidance to users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT); manage deployment to production
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and development work
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform advancements, tools, and best practices
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members

Customization & Configuration: Entities, Forms, Workflows, Business Rules, Dashboards

Plugins & Custom Workflows (C#)

JavaScript for Form Scripting

Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI

Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C# and Power Fx

Integration: REST APIs,Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps
