Role & responsibilities
JD Institutional Sales (Regional Role, AMC)
Experience & Qualification:
- 5–10 years of experience in Institutional Sales within a top 15 AMC.
- Strong exposure to Debt Markets, Key Account Management, and Client Servicing.
- MBA preferred with proven ability in both new client acquisition (hunting) and relationship management (farming).
Role Overview:
Responsible for Sales and Business Development across the assigned region, driving AUM growth and share of wallet through Institutional clients in alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with Institutional clients and partners.
- Coordinate with Funds Management, Product, Operations, and Registrar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor channel performance across Debt, Equity, Arbitrage, and Passive Funds; ensure activation and target achievement.
- Maintain regulatory and operational compliance standards.
- Organize client engagement initiatives such as IAPs, webinars, and conferences.
- Lead and mentor the regional team to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
