Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor Executive, located in Yavatmal. The Counselor Executive will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in choosing the right courses and solutions for their educational goals. Responsibilities include understanding student needs, managing inquiries, providing detailed information about programs, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks may include coordinating with internal teams and meeting enrollment targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
• Ability to understand student requirements and provide tailored counseling solutions.
• Proficiency in handling queries, managing follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and meet enrollment targets.
• Experience in educational counseling or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.
