Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Blockchain & Full-Stack Engineer
with
4+ years of professional experience
to lead the development of our crypto payment systems across multiple blockchains. You will own the full software development lifecycle, architect complex systems, and ensure seamless integration between crypto and fiat payment infrastructures. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and passionate about building scalable, reliable, and secure blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the company's crypto payment systems across various blockchains.
  • Manage the complete software development lifecycle for medium to large engineering projects.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests for smart contracts, backend services, and frontend components.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
  • Integrate blockchain-based crypto payments with existing fiat payment rails.
  • Contribute to high-level system architecture and design decisions.
  • Automate development workflows to enhance engineering efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend teams and contribute to frontend development when needed.

  • Are comfortable with cloud-native technologies, including serverless architectures and AWS.
  • Have prior experience leading or managing engineering teams.
  • Have solid experience working with modern frontend technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience
    as a blockchain, backend, or full-stack developer.
  • Demonstrable experience building on
    Ethereum
    and
    Solana
    , with knowledge of blockchain best practices and design patterns.
  • Strong experience overseeing the software development lifecycle for medium to large projects.
  • Deep interest in
    DeFi
    , blockchain payments, and smart contract engineering.
  • Experience setting up blockchain development environments using
    Hardhat
    or
    Truffle
    .
  • Proficiency with modern web frontend and backend libraries.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Python
    ,
    React
    , and full-stack application development.
