It Hardware Technician

Purpose

To Repair and Maintain Systems, Printers, Modems, DPUs and other IT equipment's at BMCUs additional knowledge of Windows, Unix, SQL Database, MS office and other software will be of additional advantage.

Role & responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of IT Hardware
• Trouble shooting and maintaining online milk reception
• Managing GPRS and IMMS to transfer data to HO
• Software issues in IMMS, SQL server
• Supporting SQL server authentications
• OS and IMMS related User Creation, password maintaining and doing required configurations
• Repairing and restoring data for operations
• Payment Cycle issues supporting
• IMMS new Version Testing with integrations
• Making the stand by systems ready for deployments
• BMCU Related Anti-Virus Installation, License Maintaining and system audit.
• Resolving Connectivity Issues.
• Supporting DPU Pen Drive personalization, Member Data Copy and Rate Chart Copy Issues

Other Responsibilities

• Possess a two wheeler, valid driving license / LLR and helmet
• Should be able to cover the given periphery to visit the needy locations and discharge duties
• Should be ready to put up at the specified location in the operational area
• Should be good with communication and technology.
