Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore involves serving as an Agency Business Manager. The responsibilities include leading and managing a team of Financial Consultants, driving sales growth through effective strategies, achieving assigned business targets, and fostering strong client relationships. The role involves planning and implementing marketing activities, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Additionally, the individual will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and delivering excellent service to clients to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed business targets
  • Team management and leadership skills, including mentoring and motivating financial consultants
  • Experience in marketing and implementing client acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and optimize performance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in insurance or financial services is highly beneficial
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
