The Head IQAC will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating internal quality assurance and enhancement across the college.
They will develop and implement quality assurance policies, manage accreditation processes, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. QualificationsExperience in quality assurance and accreditation processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards in higher education
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Effective communication and leadership skills
Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Quality Assurance or Higher Education Administration is a plusExperience5-7 years experience in relevant experience
