We are urgently looking for International Business Development Manager for one of the Chemical Manufacturing Industry at Ahmedabad location.
Position: International Senior Manager – Exports (B2B Sales)
Industry: Chemical manufacturing
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably CPET, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
- MBA/PGDM in International Business (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience:
- 8–12 years of proven experience in B2B international sales/exports.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance.
- Track record of developing international B2B markets .
- Prior experience in handling exports in SAARC countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B export sales growth by identifying business opportunities conducting trials .
- Develop and implement sales & export strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, and statutory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and channel partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company in international trade fairs, B2B exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
- International travel to expand and strengthen business as and when required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for B2B deal-making.
- Good knowledge of international trade laws, Incoterms, and export-import documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional coordination.
- High adaptability, cultural awareness, and willingness for frequent overseas travel.
- Analytical, target-driven, and result-oriented.
