Job Title: AC Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split AC, window AC, VRF/VRV units, and central cooling systems
• Perform routine inspection and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of units
• Recharge refrigerants and check pressure levels
• Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, filters, coils, etc.
• Maintain service records and report issues to the supervisor
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
• Provide on-site customer support and handle service calls professionally

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in AC installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Physically fit and willing to work in indoor/outdoor environments
• UAE / GCC experience preferred (optional)
