This is an on-site contract position for a Senior Recruiter, located in Navi Mumbai and Rajajinagar, Bangalore. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience in the EPC/Manufacturing sector to lead our recruitment efforts. The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing innovative sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws while meeting hiring objectives.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to the EPC sector.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and competency requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight deadlines
  • Relevant experience in engineering or technical recruitment is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering or related field
