Role Summary
The Associate/Analyst will support the Reporting Team in creating, reviewing, and maintaining client and fund reporting outputs. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build strong skills in financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, review, and validation of client and fund reporting outputs.
  • Learn and follow reporting procedures, controls, and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and reporting template updates.
  • Respond to basic queries and escalate complex issues as required.
  • Maintain and update process documentation.
  • Develop foundational knowledge of reporting processes, fund structures, and operational requirements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Basic understanding or exposure to financial services, fund reporting, or related environments.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to development.
  • Core Skills: Fund Reporting, Data Reporting, Fund Administration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Internship or experience in financial operations, client reporting, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of fund structures, investment products, and reporting cycles.
  • Experience with reporting tools or data management platforms.
  • Familiarity with process improvement or documentation enhancement.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in control frameworks and compliance.
