Role Details:

  • Job Title: Legal Finance Executive
  • Division/Function: Legal & Compliance
  • Reporting To: Team Leader - Tax Compliance & Legal Finance
  • Direct Supervision: None

Position Objective:

  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining the books of accounts for ELS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monthly/Yearly tax declarations (e.g., TVA, IPR, and others).
  2. Reconciliation and recording of all bank transactions (payments and receipts) in Tally ERP.
  3. Maintaining and updating balances for debtors and creditors in Tally ERP.
  4. Setting monthly projections and targets for location-based sales and cash deposits.
  5. Updating daily location-specific sales in the system.
  6. Weekly follow-ups for import and local purchase documents to ensure system updates.
  7. Recording shop expenses and updating daily cash payments in the system.
  8. Assisting in audits and responding to government authorities as needed.
