Senior Gen AI Engineer

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

Role Summary:

The Gen AI Engineers will design and develop large language model (LLM)-based solutions to streamline customer onboarding, documentation, and knowledge workflows across Client's Commercial division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune Gen AI models (LLMs) for summarization, document Q&A, and contextual insights.
  • Build APIs and microservices for AI integration into NatWest customer systems.
  • Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector store integration.
  • Work with architects and data scientists to operationalize AI safely.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Python, LangChain, OpenAI API (or Azure OpenAI), and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with financial domain data, customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), and document processing.
  • Understanding of model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
