What you'll do:

  • Design, build, and maintain custom n8n workflows (webhooks, HTTP Request, APIs, databases, CRMs, email/SMS, Slack/WhatsApp, Google/Office tools).
  • Translate business needs into robust, documented automations; version and iterate.
  • Customize and optimize workflows per client requirements; monitor, debug, and improve reliability.
  • Use AI tools for automation, content ops, and research.
  • Collaborate with global teams; report daily, track tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to growth projects (basic content writing / social scheduling when needed).

Must-haves (screening critical):

  • Hands-on n8n workflow development (share 1–2 examples with impact).
  • Strong English (written spoken).
  • Self-management & ownership no handholding.

  • Working PC/Laptop suitable for automation work stable internet.
  • Comfortable with Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, Google Drive, PM tools.
  • 2-year commitment and daily reporting discipline.
  • Based in Tamil Nadu or fully able to work on IST evenings/weekends.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Make/Zapier, Node/JS basics, APIs/JSON/Postman, SQL/Sheets, webhooks, OAuth, CRMs, email/SMS gateways.
  • Interest in automation, AI, content marketing, and branding.

Schedule, time-off & perks:

  • 4 hrs/day (flexible Indian hours, with fixed evening window).
  • Sat & Sun are workdays; take one weekly off (Mon–Fri).
