We are seeking Subcon/Permanent Recruiters with good spoken English, high energy levels, great enthusiasm and the willingness to learn new skills.

  • Using Job Portals , Monster etc.) and social media platforms for searching resumes.
  • Expert in Contract / Subcon Hiring.
  • Selecting profiles for respective positions by matching their skills with the given requirements
  • Taking all vital details from the candidate before taking his case ahead
  • Check credentials of the candidate, before proposing to clients.
  • Lining up candidates for Interview and keeping them updated.
  • Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, and relationship building.
  • Strong communicator - can effectively and confidently communicate to all levels of the business
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing start-up environment, Need to be Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be target driven and resulted oriented person
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

  • Willing to learn new things on the job, by putting hard work.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Contract/Subcon Hiring.
  • Ability to understand the requirement.
  • Go Getter with a never give up attitude.
  • Willing to work in a team as well as an individual contributor
  • High energy level, self-starter.
  • Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting profiles as per client requirements.
  • Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
  • Responsible for achieving individual and team's Revenue Target.
  • Flexibility and Courage to challenge his / her own ability to deliver under pressure.
