We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Officer to join our team at ODON Lifesciences, with 2-6 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and improve productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in production operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or life sciences setting.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
