The General Manager - Infra Sales will lead national sales for key infrastructure verticals—Water & Power and Heavy Industries (Steel, Cement, Pulp & Paper, Sugar)—within the Factory Automation business. Based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Delhi, the role involves driving strategic and project-based solution selling across EPCs, OEMs, and end users.

Reporting to the Sales Head, the role carries full responsibility for scaling the business from ₹150 Cr to ₹500 Cr over five years. The leader will oversee a team of ~35 members across sales, pre-sales, and project support, ensuring strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and profitable order closures.

Key responsibilities include managing revenue and order intake, building strategic customer relationships, driving high-value automation and digital solution sales, and overseeing virtual P&L performance. The role demands extensive collaboration with engineering, COE, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution alignment and execution.

Ideal candidates will have 18-23 years of experience in industrial automation or electrical project sales, strong technical understanding of PLC, SCADA, DCS, Drives, MCC, and digital systems, and proven success leading large teams and complex solution cycles. Prior experience in major automation companies is preferred.

Candidates with self stater built-up and must have strong leadership presence, excellent stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel extensively. The selection involves two rounds of interviews with senior leadership.
