Job Description: Brand Manager (Design-Led, D2C Experience)

Location: Sanjaynagar, Bengaluru (On-Site)

Full-Time | 3–6 years

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Manager who can think in design, speak in brand language, and run

content + campaigns end-to-end. This person will handle Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,

collaborations, creators, campaigns, and overall brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Define the brand's tone, voice, and visual style.

  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms.

  • Review and approve all creative output.

2. Platform Strategy (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

  • Plan content calendars and storytelling.

  • Build platform-specific strategies.

  • Ensure growth with strong identity and engagement.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan full campaigns for product launches and events.

  • Build creative direction and visual identity.

  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

4. Creator & Collaboration Management

  • Identify and manage creators and influencers.

  • Approve scripts, concepts, and direction.

  • Ensure content matches brand tone.

5. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Track comments, reviews, ratings, mentions.

  • Ensure fast and positive brand responses.

6. Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Lead design, social, and content teams.

  • Give clear feedback and manage timelines.

  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years in branding, D2C, personal care, grooming, beauty, lifestyle, or digital brands.

  • Strong design sense and aesthetics.

  • Experience planning and executing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.

  • Good communication + project management.
