Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person with 1+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and efficiently scheduling appointments and follow-ups. You will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic collaborations, driving sectoral engagement, and ensuring high-value outcomes for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information, address queries, and generate interest in our services and programs.
  • Explain our therapy services, session formats, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Assist clients in booking appointments with therapists.
  • Build rapport and create interest through engaging, professional conversations.
  • Convince leads to take the next step, such as attending a session or webinar.
  • Communicate with registered webinar candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain logs and update lead records regularly.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address client concerns and provide accurate information about services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Contribute to building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
  • High confidence and a positive attitude while speaking over the phone.
  • Strong client relationship management and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Graduated in any discipline.
  • 0-3years of experience in (inbound/outbound), client relationship management, or customer service preferred.
  • MBA preferred, with a specialization in Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, or Business Strategy (an added advantage).

Work Timings:

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided on the following day
  • Work from Office – HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
