: Jr. Recruiter (12 Month Contract)

As a member of the HR Department, this role will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources Department by providing administrative support. This position is ideal for recent graduates.
This position is for a 12 month contract.

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment
• Participating in career fairs
• Updating applicant database
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Assisting in company events
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Other duties as required

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Superior organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to travel locally to recruiting events

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
