  1. Program Development and Implementation:

  2. Developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the workplace.

  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, laws, and standards.

  4. Creating and maintaining HSE documentation, including safety manuals, procedures, and training materials.

  5. Risk Management and Assessment:

  6. Conducting regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards.

  7. Developing and implementing control measures to mitigate identified risks.

  8. Investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

  9. Training and Awareness:

  10. Developing and delivering HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  11. Conducting toolbox talks, safety meetings, and other awareness campaigns to promote a safety culture.

  12. Ensuring that all personnel are aware of safety protocols and procedures.

  13. Inspections and Audits:

  14. Conducting regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards.

  15. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  16. Ensuring that safety equipment is properly maintained and used.

  17. Communication and Collaboration:

  18. Serving as a point of contact for HSE-related matters.

  19. Communicating HSE performance, risks, and improvement plans to management and other stakeholders.

  20. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to integrate HSE into all aspects of the business.

  21. Continuous Improvement:

  22. Monitoring HSE performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  23. Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance HSE performance and promote a culture of safety.
  24. Staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in HSE.

In essence, the HSE Lead acts as a champion for safety, ensuring that the organization operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,162.43 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Industrial Safety: 10 years (Required)
  • Safety plans: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • ADIS from state board (Required)
