Program Development and Implementation:
Developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the workplace.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, laws, and standards.
Creating and maintaining HSE documentation, including safety manuals, procedures, and training materials.
Risk Management and Assessment:
Conducting regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards.
- Developing and implementing control measures to mitigate identified risks.
Investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
Training and Awareness:
Developing and delivering HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting toolbox talks, safety meetings, and other awareness campaigns to promote a safety culture.
Ensuring that all personnel are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
Inspections and Audits:
Conducting regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensuring that safety equipment is properly maintained and used.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serving as a point of contact for HSE-related matters.
- Communicating HSE performance, risks, and improvement plans to management and other stakeholders.
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to integrate HSE into all aspects of the business.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitoring HSE performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance HSE performance and promote a culture of safety.
- Staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in HSE.
In essence, the HSE Lead acts as a champion for safety, ensuring that the organization operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45, ₹60,162.43 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Industrial Safety: 10 years (Required)
- Safety plans: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- ADIS from state board (Required)
