Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with experience in selling Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Facility Management Services (FMS), Server, Storage, and Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will engage with corporate clients, develop new business, manage sales cycles, and drive service contract closures in these domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IMS, AMC, FMS, Server, Storage, and Cloud solutions.
- Engage with corporate clients, IT Heads, Facility Managers, and Procurement Teams to promote service offerings.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with technical/service delivery teams for solution mapping and post-sales support.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in server, storage, and cloud services.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3–7years of B2B Sales experience in IMS / AMC / FMS / Server / Storage / Cloud services.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data center services, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with corporate or enterprise clients.
- Ability to handle service-based and solution-based sales rather than pure product sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in server, storage, or cloud solutions sales will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer orientation.
