Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process Sales Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions for jewelry items, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other accessories.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate invoices and bills for customers' purchases, ensuring accuracy in pricing and item descriptions.
  • Maintain Sales Records: Maintain comprehensive records of all sales transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment details.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries regarding billing, pricing, and payment methods in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve Billing Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment securely and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of transactions and timely completion of orders.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and updating stock records as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.
  • Provide Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, product information, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the billing area and workstations.
  • Report Generation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales transactions, revenue, and billing-related metrics.
