Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to handle sales for tyres and automotive workshop tools in and around Manesar and NCR. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers among automotive workshops, fleet operators, tyre dealers, and industrial clients.
  • Promote and sell a range of tyres (PCR, TBR, OTR) and automotive workshop tools & equipment.
  • Conduct market visits, product demos, and client follow-ups to ensure conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Mechanical, or Automotive field (Diploma/ITI candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in field sales of tyres, automotive tools, lubricants, or related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
