Performance Marketing Manager – Spice Up Foods (Kolkata)

About the Role:

Spice Up Foods is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale our paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. The role focuses on ROAS improvement, audience testing, and scaling online revenue in a structured and profitable way.

Experience Required:

3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Meta and Google Ads).

Experience with D2C or food brands will be considered a strong added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Build and manage full-funnel ad structures (TOF, MOF, BOF).
  • Improve ROAS from current 3.5x towards 5x sustainably.
  • Scale monthly online revenue from 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs with efficient spend.
  • Conduct daily campaign monitoring to reduce waste and improve conversions.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, hooks and landing pages.
  • Work with founders and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Set up and maintain tracking: Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, Events.
  • Perform weekly and monthly reporting with insights and next steps.
  • Recommend CRO improvements for website, landing pages and product pages.
  • Conduct competitor research in the ready-to-eat and D2C space.

Key KPIs:

  • ROAS consistently above 3.5x with a target trajectory toward 5x.
  • CAC reduction of 10–15% month-on-month.
  • Improved contribution of online paid ads to overall revenue.
  • Reduction of wasted ad spend by optimising targeting and creatives.
  • Predictable scaling ability from 5 lakh to 10 lakh per month revenue.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience with D2C brands; food brand experience is a positive differentiator.
  • Good analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets.
  • Knowledge of Shopify performance basics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking and campaign issues without supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹500,000.00 per year
