Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, UI Developer– Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities
Front-end Development\: Assist in the creation of user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Learn and apply best practices for web development.
Responsive Design\: Support the implementation of responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
JavaScript Frameworks\: Gain proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React to build interactive and efficient web applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in these technologies.
Cross-browser Compatibility\: Help ensure that all web applications function correctly across different browsers and platforms. Address compatibility issues under supervision.
Node JS\: Learn to leverage Node JS for server-side scripting and backend integration. Collaborate with backend developers to optimize application performance.
Web Performance Optimization\: Focus on learning techniques to optimize web performance by reducing load times, improving speed, and enhancing overall user experience.
Cloud Computing and Gen AI\: Acquire knowledge of cloud computing platforms and gen AI technologies to integrate advanced features into AI products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage these technologies effectively.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node JS, and other relevant technologies.
·    Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
·    Experience with web performance optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Interest in web performance optimization techniques.
·    Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms and gen AI technologies.
·    Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
