Key Responsibilities:  

Demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise with servicer-provided loan-level data, including time-series behavior, population dynamics, and field-level inconsistencies.Effectively review raw datasets, execute SQL queries, validate data mappings, and resolve data anomalies, with the capability to engage directly in technical tasks when necessary.Provide guidance to analysts on data mapping, QC rule development, and workflow optimization, offering clear direction and leadership without reliance on a large support team.Develop and implement data operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient data processing and management. Monitor data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management to ensure timely and accurate data availability. Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, including data privacy regulations. Manage the data operations team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback. Manage data-related incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations, including resolution of third-party data issues with servicers, originators and other data providers Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data operations and recommend improvements to enhance our capabilities.     Qualifications:  Proven experience in data operations and data management for US residential loan data years of experience preferred. In-depth knowledge of lending data, with experience in US residential mortgages required.   Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms. In-depth knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management Bachelor's degree in a business or data related field. Master's degree preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels    About RiskSpan   RiskSpan is a SaaS Fintech B2B software and services firm, a leading source of analytics, modeling, data and risk management solutions for the consumer and institutional Finance industries.
