Job Title: Field Representative - Drip Irrigation

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Representative to educate farmers about the benefits and disadvantages of drip irrigation. The ideal candidate will conduct one-on-one meetings with farmers and provide detailed information on government subsidy terms available for adopting drip irrigation systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with farmers to discuss the benefits and disadvantages of drip irrigation.
  • Provide information on government subsidy terms and assist farmers in understanding the application process.
  • Promote the adoption of drip irrigation systems among farmers.
  • Collect feedback and provide reports on farmers' responses and concerns.
  • Travel to various locations to meet with farmers and conduct outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: 10th or 12th pass.
  • Must have a bike and a valid driving license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of drip irrigation systems and government subsidy schemes is a plus.
