We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie with 4 to 8 years of experience in Indian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in an Indian cuisine setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
