1. Fleet Operations Management

  • Monitor and manage the assigned EV fleet to ensure availability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
  • Track vehicle movements, service schedules, fitness renewals, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate deployment, replacement, and retrieval of vehicles as per operational needs.

2. Service Center Coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with authorized service centers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and follow-ups related to vehicle issues.
  • Negotiate timelines, escalate delays, and ensure service quality is maintained.

3. RTO & Compliance Activities

  • Handle RTO-related tasks including vehicle registration, fitness renewal, permits, tax payments, and documentation.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met within stipulated timelines.
  • Coordinate with RTO officials and agents wherever necessary.

4. Ground Staff & Client Coordination

  • Maintain strong rapport with field executives, drivers, and on-ground teams.
  • Support clients with vehicle-related issues and ensure smooth communication between operations and field teams.
  • Provide updates, documentation, and support to Fleet Managers and Key Account teams.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of fleet status, service history, RTO documentation, and vehicle health reports.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS and share operational insights or escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in local language (mandatory) with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fleet management, EV operations, logistics, or automotive service coordination.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with service centers, vendors, and field teams.
  • Good understanding of RTO processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work on the ground, engage with field teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, documentation).
  • Two-wheeler license preferred for field mobility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
