Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated
Sr. Business Development Manager
 to drive sales growth through lead generation, client engagement, and field-based business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.

● Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through consistent field activity.

● Present, demonstrate, and sell EFFORT to prospective clients.

● Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.

● Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

● Foster long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Attend client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations as required.

● Address client queries and provide post-sales support.

● Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

● B.Tech (Computer Science), BBA (Marketing), or equivalent.

● 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (field-based). Product sales experience preferred.

● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage.

Role Requirements:

● Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory.

● Flexibility for occasional weekend or extended hours based on client requirements.

● Experiences
sales professional in the domestic SaaS industry 

● Exposure to Middle-Eastern and Africa Market is a plus
