Position: Pathologist (Full-Time) / Lab technician
Location: Perumbavoor, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret histological and cytological examinations.
- Conduct and oversee clinical pathology tests, including hematology, clinical chemistry, and microbiology.
- Perform and report on fine-needle aspiration (FNA) procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all pathology reports.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other medical staff to discuss diagnostic findings.
- Oversee the work of lab technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement of laboratory services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
