Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Superintendent, based in Guwahati. The Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care, managing nursing staff, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing nursing policies, maintaining patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing training and support to nursing staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a healthcare setting
