We are looking for a reliable Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. The role includes selecting items from shelves, packing orders accurately, labeling packages, and preparing them for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products from shelves based on order lists
  • Pack items safely and efficiently
  • Label and seal boxes properly
  • Check products for damage before packing
  • Maintain accuracy in order processing
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized
  • Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
  • Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor when needed

Requirements

  • Basic reading and counting skills
  • Ability to lift boxes (up to 10–20 kg)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior warehouse/packing experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of scanner devices (optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
