Role: Area Sales Manager
Experience : 6-9 Yrs
Min 3-4 years team handling experience is mandatory
Notice Period: Immediate or within 30 days
Location: Delhi/NCR
Key Features:
a) 60-70% work will be field work and somebody with Direct Sales & Local Market experience will be preferred.
b) ERP/CRM/HRMS Software Solution Sales experience is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates who has sold atleast a CRM solution of some kind.
c) Candidate will be responsible to cover the entire Delhi NCR, Punjab, Chandigarh and Gurgaon location.
d)The minimum ticket size sold should be 5-6 lakhs and it can extend up to 30-60 lakhs for mid size cases.
Key Points:
A) Marketing Management
• Performance of Social Media in terms of Google Ads, Linked In etc to generate organic and inorganic leads in various geographies
• Participation in Various Credai / Naredco Events and build prospect base in different parts of the country and penetration in various territories where Farvision penetration is low.
• Print / Electronic Collateral Co Ordination with Advertising Companies to create various relevant materials as required from time to time.
• Create various marketing strategies for various sub products so that the same can be sold to existing customers or new customers.
B) Sales Management
• Managing the commercial offers of various sales persons across the country in terms of quotations, contracts that need to be signed are in accordance
• Managing the continuous enhancement of the sales team by appointing sales people in different parts of the country as per the growth requirements of the company.
• Managing the pre sales team in terms of creating and managing a wish list created based on market needs and co ordinating with the relevant Product Team Leaders to continuously enhance the product.
C) Loyalty Management
• Create a database of existing Farvision Users and build a consistent relationship with them as they provide 90% of our prospects. They should be enrolled into
