Job Summary

The Interior Designer (2D, 3D & 4D) will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-end interior spaces for luxury retail outlets and hospitality environments. The role requires strong expertise in spatial planning, visualization, detailing, and time-based design presentation (4D) to deliver premium, brand-aligned interior experiences while maintaining functionality, aesthetics, and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (JD)
Design & Concept Development

• Develop creative design concepts aligned with luxury brand identity and client vision.

• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and conceptual presentations.

• Translate brand guidelines into functional interior spaces.

2D Design Development

• Create detailed layout plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.

• Produce technical drawings for construction and execution.

• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project specifications.

3D Visualization

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings.

• Produce walkthroughs and realistic visual presentations for client approval.

• Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.

4D Design (Time-Based Visualization)

• Create phased visual sequences showcasing project timelines and development stages.

• Present animated design progression for stakeholders and clients.

• Integrate design execution flow with time management planning.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

• Participate in site visits to ensure design accuracy and execution quality.

• Resolve on-site design challenges and provide technical solutions.

Material & Vendor Management

• Research and recommend premium materials, finishes, and furnishings.

• Coordinate with suppliers for sampling and specification approvals.

• Ensure design compliance with budget and quality standards.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to luxury standards and brand aesthetics.

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory norms.

• Monitor execution to maintain consistency with approved designs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and trends.

• Proficiency in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and 4D visualization.

• Excellent eye for detail and spatial aesthetics.

• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality design.

• Proven portfolio showcasing premium interior projects.
