Role Overview

The Lead Analyst Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate lead data, ensuring timely and comprehensive updates in Salesforce, coordinating closely with the sales team, and producing detailed daily reports for management. This role emphasizes strong MS Excel skills, attention to data integrity, and effective collaboration to support lead conversion and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, update, and maintain all lead-related data accurately in Salesforce CRM on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure continuous updating of lead statuses, customer interactions, and other relevant information in Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain a clean lead database, validating and managing data to prevent duplication or errors.
  • Identify and merge duplicate leads in Salesforce to improve lead management efficiency and data quality.
  • Generate daily and periodic lead performance reports and analytics for management review, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Monitor lead flow and follow-up schedules to ensure timely outreach and engagement by the sales team.
  • Use strong MS Excel skills for data cleansing, analysis, pivot tables, and report generation as part of lead data management tasks.
  • Support process improvements by suggesting enhancements in lead data handling and reporting mechanisms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate degree preferred, but open to candidates with 12 years of experience in data handling, CRM management, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle large datasets accurately.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with sales teams and management.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an interest in process improvement and automation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
