JD's & Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for the company's Automation products basket and its solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors through visit, networking, and market mapping.
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate product demonstrations and customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EC/IC/ELE) + MBA preferrable
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in Automation product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Automation products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of products and explain them to clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and client-centric approach.
