Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Captain to join our team, based on-site at our property in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a Captain, you will oversee and coordinate service staff to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensure smooth and efficient operations, and maintain high service standards in the dining and guest service areas. Additional responsibilities include managing bookings, addressing guest needs, supervising restaurant or bar activities, and assisting in training and mentoring team members in providing memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to coordinate and supervise a team effectively.
• Proficient verbal communication and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent guest service and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of dining and service standards, as well as expertise in food and beverage management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel management is preferred.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
