Role Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our team at our Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai office.
  • The ideal candidate will support the daily functioning of the studio, coordinate between teams, manage office operations, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management and project teams.
  • Handle office coordination, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Manage record keeping and documentation for projects, vendors, and internal operations.
  • Oversee vendor coordination and inventory management.
  • Support basic finance and HR tasks, including expense tracking, billing, and onboarding coordination.
  • Assist in project management, tracking timelines, deliverables, and task updates.
  • Ensure effective communication flow between internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain and update reports using MS Excel.
  • Use Tally for basic accounting support (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Tally is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience in a creative, design, or marketing environment will be an added advantage.
