We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior SRE Engineer
who will ensure our business-critical applications are reliable, scalable, and performant. This role focuses on application reliability, monitoring, automation, and incident management, working closely with global engineering teams to support large-scale, high-traffic systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Reliability

  • Ensure business applications run smoothly with minimal downtime.
  • Improve performance, scalability, and stability of applications.
  • Partner with development teams for stable and reliable releases.
  • Define, track, and meet reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs, SLAs).

2. Monitoring & Observability

  • Set up monitoring dashboards, alerts, and observability systems.
  • Track end-to-end user experience and critical user journeys.
  • Ensure real-time visibility into system health and performance.

3. Automation

  • Automate deployment, scaling, and operational tasks to reduce manual work.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and build automation to increase efficiency.
  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform preferred).

4. Incident Management

  • Lead incident response during major outages.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term fixes.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with global/regional engineering and digital teams.
  • Mentor junior SRE engineers and support overall team growth.
  • Contribute to hiring and establishing SRE best practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Application Reliability roles.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools and dashboarding.
  • Strong scripting & automation skills (Python, Bash, Terraform preferred).
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and on-call support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
