Induction Program Management: • Plan, organize, and execute the BKJ Induction Program to ensure seamless onboarding for new employees. • Conduct sessions to familiarise new hires with company policies, values, culture, and processes. • Collaborate with department heads to deliver role -specific induction modules. • Gather feedback from participants to improve the induction process. Training Calendar Management: • Develop and maintain the annual training calendar based on organizational goals and departmental needs. • Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and internal stakeholders to schedule sessions. • Ensure adherence to the training calendar and communicate updates to relevant teams. Data Analysis and Reporting: • Collect, organize, and analyse data related to training programs, including attendance, feedback, and effectiveness metrics. • Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and provide insights for improvement. • Track employee participation and progress in learning initiatives. Learning & Development Support: • Assist in the design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and other L&D activities. • Ensure timely availability of training resources, including materials, venues, and logistics. • Support the implementation of e -learning initiatives and monitor engagement. Continuous Improvement: • Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing training programs based on data insights. • Propose and implement new initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
