Position Title:- Telecommunication Analyst

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid)

Position Type: Contract to hire

Interview Process:- Either Webcam or In-person

Position Summary:

We're looking for a proactive Telecommunications Analyst / Sourcing Specialist to support our global IT and procurement teams. This role focuses on analyzing telecom spend, optimizing services, managing vendors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across global telecom categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telecom market research and benchmarking.

Analyze spend, usage, and vendor performance across internet, voice, data, and SD-WAN.

Support RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract reviews.

Provide recommendations to improve service quality and reduce costs.

Maintain telecom inventories, reports, and dashboards.

Monitor SLAs, vendor performance, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with global sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Business, or related field.

3+ years' experience in telecom analysis, sourcing, or network operations.

Strong understanding of internet access, voice/data services, circuits, and SD-WAN.

Proficiency with telecom expense management tools and market intelligence platforms.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in global telecom sourcing and vendor management.

Familiarity with telecom regulations and cloud networking.
