Role Overview

The Energy MIS & Diesel Validation Executive is responsible for managing energy-related data, validating diesel consumption, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting across telecom tower sites. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with energy standards.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly energy reports as per circle and corporate requirements.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking diesel consumption, energy savings, and site-level performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.

Diesel Validation & Analysis

  • Validate diesel consumption data using alarm systems, portal reports, and field inputs.
  • Analyze forecasted vs. actual diesel usage and identify discrepancies or anomalies.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and energy systems.
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Electronics, or Electrical).

  • 12 years of experience in:

  • Energy MIS

  • Energy Operations
  • Data analysis

  • Telecom operations

  • Experience with energy portals and reporting systems is preferred.
