MISSION
As a Project Specialist, you work primarily with Project Managers to move projects from "in progress" to "delivered." You will manage task queues, safeguard data quality, and ensure client-ready deliverables without bottlenecks. With Product and Engineering, you'll jump in on targeted side initiatives piloting features, tightening internal flows, and turning feedback into small, high-impact improvements. You'll also use AI internal tools every day and help us improve them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and track your work: manage your Wrike board across 8–10 active projects. Prioritize clearly, add clean notes, and meet promised timelines.
• Data processing: transform, clean, and validate datasets; maintain version control and decision logs for transparency.
• Data quality & integrity (MR data): process, clean and verify data, applying data quality control measures at every stage of the process. Execute documented checks specific to market research (consistency, quotas, logic rules, duplicate removal, outlier and straight-lining/AI detection, open-ends).
• Bring data to life with the Potloc tool: create and configure dashboards for clear and accurate visualization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to resolve tickets, fix bugs and optimize the Potloc App.
• Coordinate partners: run the translation workflow with vendors (briefs, turnaround times, glossaries/style guides, file readiness, quick quality review). After cleaning, lead reconciliation with partners to close gaps before sign-off.
• Use and help build AI workflows: use AI for routine tasks (data quality, translation, coding, etc.). On side initiatives, partner with Product/Engineering to test, give feedback, and suggest small automations.
• Manage respondent compensation: oversee compensation on social networks, ensuring it is accurate, on time and on budget. (via Tremendous).
REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2–4 years in the market-research industry
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines with clean notes and reliable hand-offs
• Skilled in transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data with proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Google Sheets
• Experience with Wrike/Jira, HubSpot or another CRM, and survey/analysis tools (Forsta/Qualtrics or similar)
• Strong team spirit, initiative-taking,  and excellent communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail
• Strong ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with resilience and good stress management
• Time-zone overlap: 3–4 hours with Central Europe; open to occasional rotation or evening coverage
• Fluency in English
