Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced technical support forOffice 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, andOutlook. - Manage and maintain on -premises andcloud -based server environments. - Install, configure, and troubleshootfirewalls and other network devices to ensure network security and performance. - Manage and resolve IT support ticketsusing ticketing systems in a timely manner. - Set up, configure, and maintainworkstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. - Monitor and maintain system performance,performing updates and patches as needed. - Assist with Active Directory (AD)management, including user creation, group policies, and permissions. - Support VPN and remote desktop solutionsfor remote users. - Document IT processes, solutions, andFAQs for internal knowledge sharing. - Train and mentor junior IT support staff. - Stay up to date with the latest ITtrends, technologies, and best practices. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IThelpdesk or support roles. - Expertise in Microsoft Office 365administration and support. - Strong knowledge of server management(Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). - Experience with firewalls (e.g.,Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall) and network configuration. - Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g.,ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk). - Knowledge of workstation setup andtroubleshooting for hardware and software issues. - Strong analytical and problem -solvingskills. - Excellent communication and customerservice skills. -Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern DesktopAdministrator, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits - Opportunities for career development andtraining - A collaborative and innovative workenvironment
