About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Marketing & Social Media Intern to join Gradly Edutech—a student-support platform dedicated to helping school and college students access entrance exams, mentorship, guidance, scholarships, and admissions.

As a Marketing & Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in growing our brand, boosting our digital presence, and engaging with our student community across India.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing and growing our Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Post educational content, exam updates, reels, and awareness posts
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and student queries
  • Share content across relevant student communities and groups

Content Distribution & Community Growth

  • Share Gradly posts in WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and student networks
  • Help expand our online student community
  • Encourage engagement through polls, Q&As, campaigns, and reminders

Campaign Support

  • Support monthly marketing campaigns (exam seasons, scholarship alerts, admission drives)
  • Help increase reach through organic strategies and community participation
  • Assist in collaborations with student influencers or partner institutions

Trend Research

  • Identify trending reel formats, viral audios, student interest topics
  • Suggest new ideas to improve reach and engagement

Basic Analytics Tracking

  • Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Provide simple weekly reports (templates will be provided)

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and general social media usage
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Creativity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to engage with student communities
  • Basic understanding of digital trends

Prior experience is NOT required—just willingness to learn and contribute.
