KreditBee is Indias largest fintech lending platform with a current monthly disbursement of over ?2200 Crores. It has 70 Million+ downloads on Google Play Store and over 85 Lakh unique loan customers. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan against property (LAP), DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in- house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.

Role Overview
The AVP - Product & Analytics will play a central role in conceptualizing, designing, and managing innovative loan products for the NBFC business. This position requires a strong blend of product thinking, analytical acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to execute in a dynamic environment. The AVP will be responsible for driving end-to-end loan product strategy, ensuring robust risk metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teamsincluding both internal and external stakeholdersto enable scalable and compliant lending products.

Role Expectations

  • Work on conceptualizing and designing new loan product(s) for NBFCs.
  • Own specific loan products for risk metrics.
  • Liaison with multiple internal teams like Tech, data science, data engineering, policy analytics, finance, legal, compliance, audit and business teams to get loan product enhancements done to control and manage the loan product(s).
  • Work and manage expectations with external teams like debt partners, data partners, regulators, etc to enhance the loan product(s).
  • Be the primary owner of the loan product(s) internally for the management as well as for external stakeholders like regulators, debt and equity partners.

Pre-Requisites

  • Problem solver.
  • Ability to build tech/analytics products and create/build drive processes.
  • Ability to multi-task and create structure in an unstructured environment.
  • Self motivated and objective.

Good To Have

  • Has worked on financial product solutioning and/or analytics setups.
  • Build any product/business from scratch.

Preferred Background

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in Product, Risk, or Analytics roles within FinTech, NBFC, Banks, or Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of digital lending frameworks, regulatory norms, and credit lifecycle management
