Job Description:
Hiring for Expense Executive for Raisen Location.
Responsibilities:
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track all expenses related to service operations, including supplies, equipment, maintenance, and other operational costs
Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the service department's budget, ensuring expenses are within allocated budgets and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
Expense Reporting: Prepare regular expense reports for service operations, analyzing spending patterns and providing insights to management for effective decision-making.
Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company expense policies and regulatory requirements specific to the service industry, minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.
- Expense Reimbursement: Facilitate the reimbursement process for service-related expenses incurred by employees, verifying claims and processing payments in a timely manner.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline expense processes within the service department, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices to minimize costs.
Communication and Training: Communicate expense policies and procedures to service staff, providing training and support to ensure understanding and compliance across the department.
Project Assistance: Assist in special projects or initiatives related to service expense management, financial analysis, or cost reduction efforts within the service industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in expense management, budget oversight, or financial analysis, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
