  • Monitoring brand performance through metrics and analytics to ensure brand consistency and success.
  • Conducting market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to inform branding decisions.
  • Handling crisis and reputation management by designing strategies to mitigate negative publicity and enhance brand image.
  • Training and supporting employees on brand values and messaging.
  • Collaborating with external partners such as influencers, media, and public relations teams.
